The following letter was sent to the Wisconsin DNR with the tournament results report......
On behalf of the North Metro Chapter of Muskies Inc. we wish to thank you for our permit for the 2010 June Jam. Enclosed are the results for the tournament. We have included a breakdown of the individual fish sizes caught from each of the lakes. We want to mention a specific concerned over the lack of more fish being caught from Bone Lake, traditionally one of the better producing lakes for this tournament. Perhaps this is just an anomaly for this year but if there is anything we can do to help resolve any issues at Bone Lake please let us know. On the other side of this issue, Lake Wapogasset has become a more fished and productive lake over the past few years, with 4 fish caught there this year. For several years it was very sparsely fished.
We also are enclosing a check for $185, raised at the awards ceremony specifically for support of the Wisconsin DNR Muskie program. Your efforts in this area are sincerely appreciated.
We look forward to applying for the 21st Annual Tournament next spring.
