We caught a 39 inch fish on lake 3 in some real heavy slop.We didn't see anything for a couple hours until 8-9 where we had 3 follows, 2 from 40 inch fish and 1 from a mid 40 inch fish. The mid 40 inch fish took a swipe but missed the bait about 5 feet from the boat. We saw that fish and one of the 40 inchers on an orange manta. We caught the one in about 2 feet of water and seen the others in around 6 feet.
We did not see or get anything on Forest. Heading to Baldy tonight. Planning on a 5 fish night……….
